I visited the hotel for a concert in Manchester and needed a comfortable place to stay for the night. I was impressed with everything, but what stood out to me the most was the spacious courtyard. It was a perfect spot to relax after a long day. I appreciated the attention to detail in the bathroom comfort facilities with hairdryers and towels provided. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and I am grateful for the hospitality of the hotel staff.
